Discover Madison’s First Social Wellness Club
KOSA’s Social Wellness Club is a new kind of gathering place—where ancient wellness rituals meet modern connection. Rooted in Ayurvedic principles and designed for full-body reset, this 3-hour experience includes time for contrast therapy, aromatherapy, space for rest, and an opportunity to make connections with like-minded people.

Hot/cold contrast therapy has been shown to boost circulation, reduce inflammation, support immunity, and elevate mood—while social connection itself is one of the most powerful contributors to long-term health. Around the world, social wellness spaces are replacing bars as people seek ways to gather that restore rather than deplete, and to connect with one another IN REAL LIFE. At just $55, our experience is intentionally priced to make wellness more accessible for everyone.

Whether you come to reset alone or reconnect with others, this is your space to belong. Explore our Social Wellness Club membership options to make it a regular part of your rhythm.

All Sessions are $55 and include:

  • 3-hours of full spa access

  • organic robes, towels and spa slippers (and lockers)

  • access to Kosa's hot stone sauna, cold rain shower, hydrotherapy steam room

  • time in air-conditioned Sanctuary lounge with cozy couches and lush plants

  • use of meditation space

  • Ayurvedic teas, snacks, hydration drinks, and herbal infusions

  • showers with Kosa organic shower products and lotions

Note: this is a Communal experience and bathing suits are required.
