KOSA offers space for connections in our 4,500 square foot space at the historic Garver Feed Mill. We have special packages for groups, wedding parties, and other events to benefit from this spirit of connection.

Our promise is an experience like no other spa or event space can offer, with a deep retreat in only a few hours. We nurture, ground, open, and transform. We find this energy creates a "collective effervescence".

Time of scheduling reservation:

  • We ask for 4+ weeks in advance for group bookings. Group booking coordination and communication with our group booking manager is available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

  • Service selection must be decided at the time of booking.

  • For concierge events: a credit card is required to be on file at the time of booking. We cannot reserve or hold availability otherwise.

7-10 days before event:

  • Depending on the size of the group, we have a 7-10 day cancellation window before the event. All cancellations within that window will be assessed at 60%.

Day before event:

  • We ask group participants to complete their intake forms a minimum of 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  • Guests will receive a text asking for their shoe size for their slippers. Please reply with your shoe size.

Day of event:

  • Arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your event start time.

  • To support our practitioners and ensure a seamless group experience, a service gratuity is applied to all bookings. A 22% gratuity is included for services, and a 25% gratuity applies to groups of more than 5 guests.

  • Late arrivals for 45-minute services cannot be performed and there is a 100% late arrival fee.

  • Please note that we do charge for all cancellation reasons, including illness. If you have extenuating circumstances, please ask to talk with the owner as our managers are not authorized to waive cancellation fees.

  • Settle in, relax, and enjoy your event!

Group Bookings

We offer three ways to book for groups:

    • For groups of 2-6 people only

    • Visit our booking page and, where it says “I would like to book an appointment for…”, select 2–6 people.

    • Choose the service for each guest and select from available times on the calendar.

    • Please note: Only one guest can be booked online for the Personal Retreat; additional guest names will be added by our team.

    • We offer discounted group packages for pre-purchase to streamline the booking process

    • Check availability for your event day online or by calling the spa. We can put a 24hr courtesy hold on your preferred date with a credit card on file.

    • Visit our booking page, and navigate to “packages”.

    • Each guest purchases the group booking package of their choice.

    • Once all packages are purchased, please call us during business hours to schedule your visit.

    • Have your entire event customized and arranged for you. We tailor and schedule your experience based on your groups’ goals, timeline and budget.

    • Complete the Concierge form below and our group booking manager will contact you.

    • A concierge fee of $40 applies.
